"My passion for cooking and hospitality began at a young age, when I started working in the restaurant industry at 18. I had the privilege of working in exclusive settings, but my curiosity also led me to travel the world, particularly spending three years in Australia, where I gained professional experiences that enriched my culinary and cultural perspective.
After gathering unique experiences from around the world, I returned to my beloved Sicily, the land that gave me my roots and passion for good food. Here, I decided to embark on a new journey by creating Cooking with Carlo, my personal project born from the desire to share Sicilian culinary traditions in my 'dream home.'
